“La persona que ordena el envío debe ser la misma a recibirlo en destino” y debe viajar o haber viajado para el mismo país en los últimos 6 meses.
El servicio puerta a puerta no está disponible en la mayoría de los países de Latin America.

Pasaporte original y billete de vuelo son documentos imprecindibles a la hora de recojer el equipaje en exceso.

Por favor infórmese de posibles cambios en la reglamento aduanero con relación al equipaje antes de efectuar el envío porque Excess Luggage no incluye impuestos aduaneros locales relativos al equipaje, como por ejemplo costos seguridad (rayos x etc) que varían de país a país.

Para desaduanar estos objetos los siguientes documentos son impresindibles:

A.-Copia de la página del pasaporte donde consten la fotografía y la identificación personal.
B.-Lista detallada de los objetos a enviar.

Hay formalidades aduaneras a efectuar en destino por el exceso de equipaje, por lo que hay que rellenar formularios cuyos datos sólo el destinatario puede indicar.
Si necesitan alguna ayuda, nuestro agente en el país de destino estará siempre disponible para asistirle.
Uno de los beneficios a favor, es que no estarán obligados a pagar el VAT en exportación de equipaje.

La única cantidad monetaria que tendrán que disponibilizar será la previamente combinada con la compañía de exportación o envios (Excess Luggage).  El tipo de pago puede ser con tarjeta de crédito, cheque, al contado o por transferencía bancaria para nuestra cuenta y por favor note, que su exceso de equipaje solo será despachado una vez  que este (el pago por el medio que sea), halla sido recibido por la empresa Excess Luggage.

Packing Tips;
Make sure every box / Carton / piece / luggage is somehow labeled with your last name and arrival address info.. Be sure to tape all of the seams of the cartons (top, bottom and side). So that cartons do not collapse be sure they are filled to the top, using packing materials to fill any unused spaces. If you still have space then cut the carton down carefully and tape it up well.

Appliances: If possible, pack appliances in the original boxes using the original packing materials. Otherwise wrap smaller appliances in bubble wrap before placing them in cartons.
