No. You don’t take your bags to Heathrow or anywhere else — we collect them from your door. That’s the whole point of unaccompanied baggage: your belongings travel separately as freight, and we handle getting them to the airport and onto the aircraft.
We collect from your home, university, office or storage unit anywhere in the UK, bring your shipment into our warehouse near Heathrow, and take care of the rest — wrapping, documentation, export customs and loading. You can travel with just hand luggage, or send your things ahead and not fly at all.
