Door-to-door luggage shipping: we collect from your UK door → customs clearance at origin → international air or sea freight → customs clearance at destination (handled by our local agent) → delivered to your door abroad. Door-to-door is available by air and by sea. Air is faster. Sea is more economical for larger volumes. Both options handle customs clearance at the destination end so you do not need to attend any customs office or cargo warehouse.
The sender and receiver must be the same person. You ship your belongings to yourself. A different receiver will cause customs to reclassify the shipment.
Laptops and tablets are not accepted on our express air partner door-to-door (subject to your destination) air service. They are accepted on standard air freight and sea freight.
Door-to-door air service accepts personal effects only. No commercial goods of any kind. Sea freight door-to-door (subject to your destination) also personal effects, subject to destination rules.
For Australia and UAE door-to-door (subject to your destination), the receiver must be physically present in the country at the time of arrival. Canada may also require personal customs attendance.

You must respond promptly to any customs hold, query or inspection notice at the destination. Failure to respond, or submission of incorrect documentation, results in storage charges accumulating at your cost.
