Excess Luggage Co. is the trading name of Excess Luggage Ltd — a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 04151003), VAT registered, trading since 1998 and incorporated in 2001. We’re an independent, family-run business, not a faceless platform. You can call us on 0800 096 38 39 and speak to a real person based in the UK.
We operate from MetEx House, 496a Great West Road, Hounslow, TW5 0TE — about two miles from Heathrow. This matters, and it’s a genuine difference: many online luggage brands are essentially booking websites that arrange collections and pass your bags to a courier network. We have our own warehouse, where your luggage is received, wrapped, checked, documented and handed to the airline by our own staff.
