Cambridge is around 70 miles from our Hounslow base, in the East of England. We collect from your Cambridge door and bring everything to our warehouse beside Heathrow, where all China shipments are consolidated and flown out — so you handle none of the freight side yourself.
Once we collect, your shipment travels to our Heathrow warehouse, goes through our checking process, and is handed to the airline for departure on the next available service — typically a few working days from door to departure, subject to space and flight availability.
