Air freight: 4-9 working days to Accra & Tema. Sea freight: 4-6 weeks via Tema. These sea transit times are approximate — the actual time depends on when your LCL container finishes loading and consolidating, the vessel’s sailing date and route, any transhipment hub before the final destination, and customs clearance, so please allow a week or two either side. Your shipment travels via Heathrow — we are less than 2 miles from the cargo hub.
You collect your bags from the arrival airport cargo warehouse in Ghana after customs clearance. Destination charges are payable locally — we advise on what to expect at booking.
For personal effects classification, you ship to yourself. A different receiver causes customs reclassification at destination.
Not accepted on air or sea freight. Batteries can be packed and exported as declared dangerous goods — ask us. Power banks, loose batteries, flammable liquids and pressurised containers all excluded.
