Does the sender and receiver have to be the same person? +
Yes — for personal effects classification, the sender in the UK and the receiver at Cape Town must be the same person. This is a South Africa customs requirement. A different receiver will cause customs to reclassify the shipment, potentially attracting full commercial import duties.
Are destination charges included in my UK quote? +
No. Your UK quote covers collection from your door, export documentation and air freight to Cape Town CPT. What is the booking deposit? +
