Anything that flies as cargo enters a regulated, security-controlled system — and preparing your luggage to meet that standard is a core part of what we do. Here’s how we approach it, and why we ask what we ask.
Our staff are trained in aviation and maritime security, and we ship dangerous goods strictly under IATA and IMDG rules. We comply with UK aviation and maritime security requirements. In practice that means your shipment is prepared and documented to the standard the carrier and the regime require, by people who do this every day — not dropped into an anonymous parcel stream.
It isn’t nosiness. What goes on an aircraft has to be accountable, and some everyday items are genuinely unsafe to fly:
We wrap shipments on our own machines, which protects your belongings and keeps them tamper-evident, and we document every shipment so it’s traceable and accountable through the chain. It’s the same principle throughout: know what’s in the shipment, prepare it correctly, and keep it accountable.
