Shipping for Oil & Gas
Rotational or relocating? We’ll get your belongings there

Whether you’re relocating for a long-term posting or working rotations to a remote camp, we ship your personal effects and kit from your UK door to the Gulf, West Africa, Central Asia and wherever else the work is.

Oil and gas work sends you to specific places on specific dates — often remote, often rotational. We’ve shipped for people in the industry from the UK since 1998, and we understand postings, rotations and getting a kit bag or a full home to where you need it.

Where oil & gas workers ship to

The industry’s hubs, covered:

🇦🇪
The Gulf. Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman — the industry’s heartland. Air freight for a fast start, sea for a full relocation.
🇧🇯
West Africa. Nigeria, Angola and Ghana — we ship to the main ports and coordinate onward delivery.
🇰🇿
Central Asia & the Caspian. Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and the region’s energy hubs.
Full relocation or a kit bag. From a single kit bag for a rotation to a full household for a long-term move — we scale to the job.

What to ship for a posting or rotation

📦
Send. personal effects, climate-appropriate clothing, work gear and the comforts that make a camp or a new home bearable.
⚠️
Mind the restrictions: many destinations are strict on alcohol, media and anything powered or containing batteries. Declare everything — we’ll tell you what can and can’t go before you pack.
🔋
Batteries: no lithium batteries in a standard shipment, including inside laptops, phones, tablets and power banks. Batteries can be packed and exported as declared dangerous goods — ask us before you pack.

Timing it around your rotation or start date

Rotations and mobilisations run to a schedule. If you need your things soon after you land, air freight is typically 4–10 working days, subject to space and flight availability with the carriers. For a full relocation, sea freight is far cheaper but runs to weeks — roughly 4 to 12 depending on destination and sailing dates, so allow a week or two either side.

Tell us your start date and destination and we’ll plan it backwards from there.

How it works, step by step

1
Quote & book. Tell us what you’re sending and where. We give you a clear quote up front — and as long as your shipment is what you told us, that’s the price you pay, subject to airline rates at the time of booking.
2
Door collection. We collect from your address anywhere in the UK — no depot runs, no airport queues.
3
Pack & itemise. We export-pack and prepare the inventory customs needs, so your belongings clear smoothly at the other end.
4
Ship by air or sea. Air for speed, sea for value — delivered to your new address abroad.
