Yes — for personal effects classification, the sender in the UK and the receiver at Auckland must be the same person. This is a New Zealand customs requirement. A different receiver will cause customs to reclassify the shipment, potentially attracting full commercial import duties.

No. Your UK quote covers collection from your door, export documentation and air freight to Auckland AKL.
