Our luggage courier service to India is simple: we collect your bags, suitcases, and boxes from your UK address and ship them by air freight to India — door-to-door (subject to your destination) for most developed markets, with airport collection for other destinations, confirmed at the time of your quote. You travel without the hassle of heavy luggage. Your belongings arrive separately, safely.
Every shipment is charged on whichever is greater — the actual weight of your luggage, or its volumetric weight, calculated from its dimensions. This applies across all our services.
For our door-to-door (subject to your destination) luggage courier service, volumetric weight is calculated as: length (cm) × width (cm) × height (cm) ÷ 5,000. The result is compared against the actual weight, and the greater of the two is used to calculate your price. Rates vary by route and are confirmed at the time of quote.
We have been shipping personal effects and unaccompanied baggage from the UK to India since 1998. Our service is significantly cheaper than airline excess baggage rates for most shipments — and completely removes the airport stress of checking heavy bags.

For larger volumes of luggage and personal effects, sea freight is significantly cheaper — 6-10 weeks transit. These sea transit times are approximate — the actual time depends on when your LCL container finishes loading and consolidating, the vessel’s sailing date and route, any transhipment hub before the final destination, and customs clearance, so please allow a week or two either side.
