Every shipment is charged on whichever is greater — the actual weight of your luggage, or its volumetric weight, calculated from its dimensions. This applies across all our services.
For our door-to-door (subject to your destination) luggage courier service, volumetric weight is calculated as: length (cm) × width (cm) × height (cm) ÷ 5,000. The result is compared against the actual weight, and the greater of the two is used to calculate your price.
Door-to-door delivery is available for most developed markets. For some destinations, your luggage is delivered to the destination airport or port for collection rather than to your door.
