Every shipment is charged on whichever is greater — the actual weight of your luggage, or its volumetric weight, calculated from its dimensions. This applies across all our services.
For our door-to-door (subject to your destination) luggage courier service, volumetric weight is calculated as: length (cm) × width (cm) × height (cm) ÷ 5,000. The result is compared against the actual weight, and the greater of the two is used to calculate your price. Rates vary by route and are confirmed at the time of quote.

For larger volumes of luggage and personal effects, sea freight is significantly cheaper — 4-6 weeks transit. These sea transit times are approximate — the actual time depends on when your LCL container finishes loading and consolidating, the vessel’s sailing date and route, any transhipment hub before the final destination, and customs clearance, so please allow a week or two either side.
