You give us the collection address — the college, the boarding house, halls or a host family — the destination, and the number of bags and boxes, and we give you a clear quote before we collect anything.

We collect from that address, prepare your UK export documentation and an itemised, honestly-valued packing list, and ship by air (days) or sea (weeks). Your belongings are personal effects — your own used items, not new goods — so value them second-hand, not at what they cost new. Term-end (June–July, and again at Christmas) is our busiest window, so book early to secure your collection slot.

Delivery at the other end is subject to your destination — door delivery where the destination allows it, otherwise collection at the arrival airport.
