You are already at the airport or have flown. A trusted person in the UK drops your bags directly to us at MetEx House, Hounslow — just 1.5 miles from Heathrow Terminal 5.
If your bags have been placed in left luggage or short-term storage at Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, or another UK airport, we can arrange collection and take over from there.
If you are still in the UK and able to travel to us, you can bring your bags directly to MetEx House, Hounslow. We are close to Heathrow, the M4, and the A4 Great West Road.

We record actual weight and dimensions, calculate volumetric weight, and confirm the final chargeable weight. Our minimum chargeable weight is 25kg.
Air Waybill, UK export declaration, packing list, and all customs documentation. You provide: your passport copy, destination address, and a packing list of contents with values.
Standard air freight from our Hounslow depot to most worldwide destinations takes 4–10 working days. Sea freight (8–12 weeks) available for larger volumes at significantly lower cost. These sea transit times are approximate — the actual time depends on when your LCL container finishes loading and consolidating, the vessel’s sailing date and route, any transhipment hub before the final destination, and customs clearance, so please allow a week or two either side.
